Julie Léger, originally from Shediac, is a Registered Massage Therapist, a graduate of Collège Atlantique de Massage Thérapeutique (Class of 2023), and a member of the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick (CMTNB).
From the start of her career, she has been dedicated to helping people return to their daily activities and improve their overall quality of life by addressing pain, tension, and movement limitations.
Julie takes a direct and results-focused approach to treatment, integrating a variety of techniques such as deep Swedish massage, cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and remedial exercise.
She treats clients with a wide range of concerns, including muscle tension, chronic pain, injuries, limited range of motion, myofascial and nerve-related discomfort, headaches, and TMJ disorder.
Outside of her practice, Julie enjoys spending time outdoors ,going on road trips, hiking, camping, and running. Most of all, she loves spending time with her dog, Finn.
